On May 27, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi launched a peak campaign to raise funds in support of Covid-19 prevention and control efforts. Since the beginning of the fourth outbreak, the number of infections has been rising with increasing complexity across 30 provinces and cities nationwide.
According to Minister of Health Nguyễn Thanh Long, one of the key and strategic goals in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic and returning life to normal is to ensure that every citizen has access to the Covid-19 vaccine. Therefore, mobilizing all possible resources across society to help Vietnam access Covid-19 vaccines as quickly as possible and ensure broad public access is among the most urgent and vital tasks.
